The Aftermath

AFTER:

These pictures don't even come close to the real thing (the chocolate in the carpet, the stuffed animals hanging by their heads off door handles, popped balloon pieces EVERYWHERE, crayons, sparkles, nail polish on walls and in carpet, balls, blocks, puzzles, dollhouse pieces scattered in every room, etc.) The size of the disaster was truly amazing. We didn't get pictures downstairs or the hallways before we cleaned them, but that was pretty bad too. So, you only get to see about 1/10th of the true disaster.

However messy it was though, we are so glad we had the party, and we will do it again for sure. Besides.. a messy house full of love and friendship is way better than a clean house that is untouched and unlived. It was sooooo worth it!

Again, sorry for the dark pictures.

Sounds like you had fun!! Too bad we don't live closer so that we could have joined in the festivities!!! You are so great!

Sorry for any part my children played in the mess (probably the hanging stuffed animals, if it was the makeup and nail polish I'm going to be worried). Thanks so much for opening up your house. It was a blast!
