big baby graduates

I am SO behind on blogging, and the more behind I get, the more overwhelming it becomes to try to catch up.

I decided to just go for it.  These posts are not going to be in any kind of order, but at least they will be recorded.

Life has been a little nuts lately, to say the least.

So...

At the end of May, William graduated from Heber Valley Pre Connections Preschool- Dual Immersion.

He had a great year with preschool, and we were amazed at how well he picked up on the Spanish.  I think it is because they did so many things with little songs and music.

William is our music guy, and he picks up on songs very quickly.  It was hilarious to hear him walking around singing the days of the week song, in Spanish, to the tune of The Adams Family.  He would snap his fingers and everything!

His class did an end of the year program in English and Spanish.  It was adorable!  It was so fun to get a glimpse of all that he has been doing and learning.

Riding the bus was William's absolutely favorite part of preschool, and the bus driver, Eric ( on "number 63" as William would say) had a special spot for William.

William made some great buddies this year too.

Hagen
 and Logan.
We discovered that Logan lives right here on the other end of our neighborhood, and so far William and Logan have played almost every day this summer.  They are great buddies!

So, there we have it.  William's preschool days are officially over.  He will begin dual immersion kindergarten in the fall.

Way to go William!
