Our High School dance team (Waspettes) does a clinic every year for all of the little girls in our town. They spend a week teaching them a dance, and then they get to perform it at the Waspettes showcase. Molly was able to do it this year, and she had so much fun! She is by far the oldest in her grade, due to her Birthday, and they separated them by grade, so Molly was with the preschool girls. She was definitely the BOSS of all of these little girls, and she took her self appointed role very seriously. haha!!! She would pull them on and off the dance floor when it was their turn to perform, and she did her best to make sure her age group won all of the small contests that they had each day. I was slightly amused by this and slightly mortified. Oh Molly!
When the time came for the performance, Mary helped Molly with her hair and make up and did a mini photo shoot with her. Molly loved it. It was so fun to watch my girls doing this together. Molly did awesome when when her group performed, and she is a great dancer. She is so stinking cute!
We are quickly realizing that Molly is very athletic in several sports. Right now, her main focus is gymnastics, but she is showing a lot of talent in dance, basketball, and snow skiing as well. I am excited to see what she gravitates toward. Whatever it is, she will definitely be boss at it.
