On February 20th, Sam turned 13!! He's officially a teenager. And a good looking one at that!
Sam had a really fun party with all of his friends. They played at the rec. center for a long time, and then I drove them ALL back to our house. It was probably the loudest, most squished, stinkiest, most hilarious car trip I have ever done. Thank goodness it was only a couple miles.
Sam is a really good runner, and he is very good at soccer, his scooter, biking, and flipping.
Sam is really book smart, but only when he decieds that he want's to put the effort in. :)
He has a wonderful group of lots of friends, but his lifelong best friend is Blake Sweat.
Sam is really active and seldom sits still for long periods of time. He honors his Priestood and has a good testimony. When Ben being gone for so long during his work training, Sam really stepped it up and was a huge help to me both physically and with checking on me and making sure I was ok. He cares a lot about people and how they feel.
We love Sam so much. He is a wonderful brother and son. He is a genuine friend and loyal one to have on your side.
We love you Sammy Boy!
